CCSD New Student Registration System Update

CCSD New Student Registration System Update

The Cherokee County School District is updating the online registration system we use for new kindergarteners and other students who will be new to our school district next school year.

If you’re the parent or guardian of a child who will be a new student in our school district next school year and you have not already completed the online registration process, please continue to read this message for important information.

Our online registration system, which you can access through the Enroll New Student page on our website, will be open through 4 p.m. Thursday, June 6.  Due to the system update process, online registration will not be available from 4 p.m. June 6, through 8 a.m. July 1.

In that interim, in-person registration will be available to parents who would like to complete this process prior to July 1 and/or need to complete the process prior in order for student participation in athletics/activities.

For in-person registration, parents need to download and complete the Registration Form (posted on the Enroll New Student page) and bring it, along with required documents as noted on the form, to the school to present to staff as part of the registration process.

In-person new student registration options for June 7-28:

Elementary Schools
7:30 a.m. to 3 p.m.
Friday, June 7, and Monday, June 10

After elementary and middle schools close for summer, parents of students in those grade levels may register their children in-person at the CCSD high school for their Innovation Zone if they do not want to wait until the online system is again available on July 1.

If you have any questions, please call the front office of your child’s school between 7:30 a.m. and 3 p.m.
