Ball Ground Elementary is a school that has a rich history as being the core of the community. The school prides itself in its history and ability to change and grow to accommodate the needs of the community. The school, located in the beautiful North Georgia foothills, continues to maintain the community school atmosphere while embracing the ever-changing modern society.

 

School Office Hours:  Monday-Friday 7 am-3 pm

School Hours for Students:  Monday-Friday
Arrival 7:00-7:35 am,
Instructional Day 7:35 am-2:15 pm,
Dismissal 2:15-2:45 pm
 
Early Checkout: All students must be checked out from the office before 1:45 each school day. For the safety of your child, please be prepared to show photo ID when checking a student out from school.
 
Transportation Changes: If you have a planned transportation change for your child, please call the front office at 770-721-5900 or email Donna.Mele@cherokeek12.net

Visiting BGSA:  All visitors must report to the main office.  The visitor entrance is the far left set of double doors in the front of the school. 
Please be prepared to show your I.D.
